Die Firma NORTEC Automation GmbH wurde 1981 in Kiel gegründet und ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen im Sondermaschinenbau. Speziell für den Bereich Intralogistik haben wir Maschinen für das Handling von Transportpaletten und deren Ladungen entwickelt und produziert. Mit unseren Umpalettierern sind wir in der Pharmazeutischen Industrie, der Nahrungsmittel-Industrie und in der automatischen Lagertechnik vornehmlich in Deutschland und Europa, aber auch weltweit vertreten.
Fortan haben wir die Herstellung, den Service und die Wartungen unserer Umpalettierer an die Firma SMB International GmbH in Quickborn übergeben und sind noch beratend tätig.
Für Wartungs-, Instandsetzungsarbeiten eingesetzter Umpalettierer und für die Bereitstellung von Ersatzteilen sind die Mitarbeiter von SMB International mit allen Informationen versorgt. Die Service-Techniker wurden von uns geschult, sind mit dem Kipp-Palettenwender vertraut und qualifiziert, komplizierte Reparaturen kritischer Baugruppen zu beheben.

NORTEC Automation GmbH was founded in Kiel in 1981. We are a medium-sized company specializing in mechanical engineering. We developed and produced machines for handling transport pallets and their loads specifically for the intralogistics sector. With our Pallet Changers we are represented in the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry and in automatic storage technology, primarily in Germany and Europe, but also worldwide.
Henceforth we have transferred the manufacture, service, and maintenance for our Pallet Changers to the company SMB International GmbH and and are only active in an advisory capacity.
The employees of SMB International were provided with all information for maintenance and repair work through to the supply of spare parts of engaged machines. The service technicians are trained by us and are familiar with the complexity of the Pallet Exchanger and are qualified to carry out even complicated repairs of critical assemblies
